[交流] what is real peace?

There are two pictures, which do you think is the best picture of peace?
    The first one is of a calm lake.The lake was a perfect mirror for peaceful towering mountains all around it. Overhaead is a blue sky with fluffy white clouds.
    The other picture has mountains too. But these are rugged and bare.Above is an angry sky, from which rain fall and in which lingting play.Down the side of the mountain tumble a foaming waterfall, behind the waterfall a tiny bush growing in a crack in the rock. In the bush a mother bird has built her nest. There, in the midst of the rush of angry water, sit the mother bird on her nest.
    So there are the two pictures, which do you think is the best picture of peace? The first or the second? And give your opinion, thanks for your attention.

ok, I'll take it.
The first senario suggested a state of peace that is beautiful, calm and still, but a little bit inanimate, silent ...
While what I can see from the second picture is a lively, cozy and natual peace, which perfectly narrated what is the real
peace in the real world. The author tried his best to portray a world with gathering clouds, annoying rainfall, naughty waterfall, but also rays of hope, tender love and unyielding struggle

I suppose you don't know xia_chong, he is the well_known painter in our club. What I mean is I want xia_chong to draw those two pictures out. That must be fun.
