原子力图，有几个问题实在搞不明白： 1 相貌图（height） 与 相图 （phase） 有啥本质区别？ 2 图片一定要flatten处理吗？ 3 data scale 到底啥意思? 不同的图，data scale 不一样，能比较吗？ |

1 height image give out the topographical informaiton of the sample and can be scanned in the tapping mode as well as contact mode. the image oringinates from the interaction between the tip and sample, which can be describled by Lenard-Jones Curve. phase image shows the information about the stiffness of the surface and can only be scanned in tapping mode. this is due to its basic principle, the phase angle shift collected and the brigntness of the image represents the differences of the sitffness. 2 not necessary. depend on your purpose, but usually this process improve the quality of the height image. but plz pay attention on the phase image!!! after the flatten process, the phase shift can be quite different but the relative shift between two points remains the same. 3 data scale? sorry i dont get your point |
