| 为了增加纳米银粉的稳定性,减少纳米银粉的团聚性,提高纳米银粉与有机材料的亲和性,需要预先对纳米银粉进行表面改性。采用硅烷偶联剂KH-560对纳米银粉进行表面改性,以改性后银粉作为填料制备导电胶,研究了纳米银粉用量与银浆料导电性能之间关系,并借助TEM、红外光谱、紫外可见分光光度计等测试手段,对改性后纳米银粉进行表征。结果表明,经表面改性后的纳米银粉,具有良好的亲和性和分散稳定性。改性机理为 KH-560 在少量乙醇的水溶液中水解为硅醇,生成 Si-OH 基团,这些基团上的羟基与 Ag 微粒表面的少量羟基发生脱水反应,生成了 Si-O-Ag 键。纳米银导浆料最佳的固化时间为 15 min。浆料的粘度随纳米银含量增大而增大。纳米银粉含量在55%时的体积电阻率最小,值为2.5×10-3Ω•cm。 |

| In order to increase the stability of nano-silver,to Reduce the aggregation of nano-silver,to improve the affinity of Nano-silver and organic materials .It is required for surface modification of nano-silver.Using silane coupling agent KH-560 modified nano silver surface to prepare the modified silver conductive adhesive as a filler, the modified silver conductive adhesive as a filler.Amount of nano silver and silver paste the relationship between conductivity and the help of TEM, IR, UV-visible spectrophotometer, such as testing methods to characterize the modified Hou Nami silver. The results showed that after surface modification of nano silver, has a good affinity and dispersion stability. KH-560 modified mechanism is a small amount of ethanol in the hydrolysis of silicon-alcohol solution to produce Si-OH groups, these hydroxyl groups and the Ag particles on the surface of a small amount of hydroxyl dehydration reaction of the Si-O-Ag bond . The best guide nano-silver paste curing time for 15 min. The viscosity of slurry with nano-silver content increases. Nano-silver content of 55% of the volume resistivity in the smallest value of 2.5 × 10-3Ω • cm. |
