| In order to increase the stability of nano-silver,to Reduce the aggregation of nano-silver,to improve the affinity of Nano-silver and organic materials .It is required for surface modification of nano-silver.Using silane coupling agent KH-560 modified nano silver surface to prepare the modified silver conductive adhesive as a filler, the modified silver conductive adhesive as a filler.Amount of nano silver and silver paste the relationship between conductivity and the help of TEM, IR, UV-visible spectrophotometer, such as testing methods to characterize the modified Hou Nami silver. The results showed that after surface modification of nano silver, has a good affinity and dispersion stability. KH-560 modified mechanism is a small amount of ethanol in the hydrolysis of silicon-alcohol solution to produce Si-OH groups, these hydroxyl groups and the Ag particles on the surface of a small amount of hydroxyl dehydration reaction of the Si-O-Ag bond .
