Catalytic Hydration of Chloronitriles by 1–8Trichloroacetamide and its derivatives exhibit fungicidal, germicidal, cardiovascular and antitumou activity.In addition, some of them are used as insect chemosterilants or nitrification inhibitors. They are also important agents and building blocks in preparative organic chemistry, and, in particular, in peptide synthesis.Although the synthetic approaches to trichloroacetamide are well-optimised,they usually require the use of ammonia gas,which means that a route based on the catalytic hydration of trichloroacetonitrile would appear to be more appealing and environmentally friendly (Scheme 4).The selective hydration of nitriles to carboxamides is currently an important laboratory and industrial reaction. 用1,8三氯乙酰胺催化氯氰水化,得到副产物有真菌活性,具有杀菌,治疗心血管疾病及抗癌作用。另外,部分还可以作为昆虫不育剂和硝化抑制剂。 他们在有机合成尤其在缩氨酸制备上是非常重要的试剂。 目前三氯乙酰胺的合成方法很成熟,但是在合成过程中通入氨气,污染环境,所以用三氯乙氰代替三氯乙酰胺催化氯氰水合,无污染,更具吸引力。(方案4)在实验室和工业合成上,氰选择性水化为草酰胺上是一个重要反应。
