昨天刚投稿IEEE Trans.，今天收到回复邮件如下： As you have acknowledged on the manuscript data page that you have filled out, for manuscripts first submitted after 11/1/2010 we require, in addition to the the single-column/double-spaced "draft" manuscript for review, a "supporting document" that is the same manuscript typeset in double-column/single spaced format. 前两行是啥意思呢？请高手指点！ |
