The microkinetics for pollutant elimination in a biofilm can be described by a Michaelis-Menten-type expression:

We study the growth of Acetobacter aceti on ethanol in aerated conditions. Acetic acid production can be observed in association to the ethanol consumption.
1)        Calculate overall yields in acetic acid and biomass according to the substrate consumption.  Calculate the specific ethanol consumption rate and the specific production rate of acetic acid.
2)        From the stoechiometric balance equation determine the biomass yield according to oxygen consumption and the maximum oxygen uptake rate (OUR).

我是需要解释下那个动力学方程中 每个参数所代表的意思

第二题是要计算得率即可 没有那么复杂
