This design is a production process for 100 tons of 8-hydroxyquinoline per year.The synthetic procedures of this production technology are as follows: 1) 2-N-P-toluene sulfonic acid amino phenol, triethylamine,carbinol are refrigerated after mixing together,acrolein drops added into the compound,then the reaction last with acrolein drops added in under the condition of agitation;N-p-toluene sulfol-8-hydroxy hydrogenation qunolin midbody is synthetized by adding hydrochloric acid and the warming reaction;2)Adding solid sodium hydroxide into the above solution, the pH is adjusted by hydrochloric acid afeter the procedure of temperature rise,backflow and cooling;3)The solution is steam distilled to achieve high purity of 8-hydroxy hydrogenation qunolin.compared with the existing preparation methods,This design possesses some advantages of simple operation, thrifty equipment investment, high yield and lower production cost, and is suitable for the industrial production.the Moore yield of 8-hydroxy qunolin can reach above 85% of the theory value,calculated with the base of 2-N-p-toluene phthalocyanine sulfonylureas amino phenol . |
