2.The supernatant was analyzed by HPLC in an Applied Biosystems Series 1100 chromatograph using a Hypersil APS-2 column (4.6 *250 mm; particle size, 5 lm). The analysis was carried out at 40 ℃ using a mobile phase of 3:2 MeCN–water 60:40 (v/v) and a flow rate of 0.8 mL min1, and the peaks were detected with a refractive index detector.
