run for what tonight?

Dear my friends: Thanks for your attention first.Perhaps you have noticed a steady stream of students on the playground in the summer night, they spilled the sweats and upholded the great sport spirit of "to be number one "moving the firm steps to achieve a leap again and again. May be you are the one of them.Your insistence, your persistent, your pace on the runway are for what? why are you running?Here I hope you'll join us to share your running mood or your running experience. May be u just for(1) Exercise and disease prevention;(2) Weight loss;(3) Fitness; (4) Relax and walk around;(5)Living habits; (6) Dating with boy (girl) friends; (7) Pass the time and think sth.;(8) Improve sport skills; or you do it for other reasons,then could you tell and show with us. Perhaps you are an “older runner” ,it would continue to run,or you still have not experienced the passion of a summer running,I hope you can spare time to the playground for a run or a relax walking, do not for anything also just for a strong physique.I do hope we can together fly-run on the road of life. It's a good habbit to do night exercise. I once did and go for a walk sometimes . Maybe I become lazy now. What I want to say it's that we should spare sometime to enjoy the summer night on the playground. Are we really so busy as to have no time for only half an hour's walking? I suppose most of us have the time somehow. It's just that most have no persistence. Would you rather spend the time sitting in front of the screen than taking some outdoor activities? We should choose the more healthier way of life. So let's go out tonight instead of being a couch potato. Apart from the screen, there is much to do, even more meaningful and beneficial. I think you'll enjoy this way of life and even make it a practice to do so. Don't you want to have a try? Ok, I begin to pick up my old habbit and return to my healthy lifestyle again. Would you join me? Ten o'clock on the playground.  |
