这个是去年参加一个国际地质会议的英语学习资料，是一些同学共同整理的。

部分内容如下。。

春熙路位于成都市中心，面积约20公顷。春熙路是一条历史十分悠久，最热闹繁华的商业街，也是成都最具代表性的步行街，它传承着这座城市独特的文化气质。同成都市的其他商圈相比，春熙路的最大特色在于汇集了众多品牌的各类专卖店、以及拥有众多的中华老字号商场，也不乏大型商场、酒店等，是外地游客和本地白领偏爱的休闲与购物地点。美女如织让春熙路不同于其他城市步行街的杂驳、无趣，说其“一街独秀”并不过分。春熙路也堪称是成都的美味小吃云集之所。
Chunxi Road, located in the civic center in Chengdu, covers about 20 hectares. As the most representative and popular commercial street in Chengdu, Chunxi Road has been transmitting the unique Chengdu culture since long time ago. Compared with other business areas in Chengdu, the most significant feature of Chunxi Road is that it enlists a number of different monopoly stores and China’s Time Honored Brands, and with many shopping malls and high-end hotels it becomes the leisure and shopping center preferred by tourists from other places and local white-collar. Different from the vapidity in commercial streets in other cities, Chunxi Road is swarmed with beauties and tasty snacks of Chengdu folk culture.
