[求助] 遇到一个奇怪的杂志和一个奇怪的编辑，该怎么办

去年投稿，去年年底提交修改稿，一直没信，经过催，终于回信了，但去是现在这样的，他是不是就没看审稿意见啊，审稿人根本就没说改的事啊，并且编辑给的结果是：Major Revision。从未遇到这样的情况，请大家帮我看下怎么处理，谢谢了！

Reviewer #5: This study and its explanation are insufficient. The paper lacks consideration for readers, and has few informative things.
