为什么要自定义头衔?

[求助] 铝合金T66热处理工艺

T66是经过工艺的特殊控制,其强度较T6高。但T66究竟是一个怎样的工艺规程呢?其具体操作过程如何实现呢?谢谢各位大侠交流互助!!!

I am not very sure whether you are familiar with Al heat treatment.
T66, basic temper is T6, indicating solution heat treatment, quenching and artificial ageing. Special undefined treatment to achieve higher strength: T66.
The development of special treatment to cover unique cases is under the auspices of the Product Standards Committee of the Aluminium Association. There are always new treatment procedures being developed from time to time, if you are interested in these special procedures, you should purchase the Registration Records Series "Tempers for Aluminum and Aluminum Alloys". (not cheap)
By the way, some of these special treatments are confidential, I don't think any producers want to release this information to you.
Some manufacturer are selling T66 products which are really not.

我给一个例子: AlZnMgCu1.5
T6 - Annealed at 475°C and aged at 125°C for 24 h
T66 - Annealed at 475°C, cold worked and aged at a temperature of 110°C for 30 h

金属的热处理哪有什么固化啊?一看就知道你不是搞这方向的!不过还是谢谢交流

国际注册的T64为:solution heat-treated and then artificially aged in underageing conditions (between T6 and T61) to improve formability 根本就不可能有冷加工,所以我觉得这个T66在这个地方还是有点问题

do you mean T66 or T64?

T66: Cooled from an elevated temperature forming operation & artificially aged (precipitation hardened) to a higher level of mechanical properties through special control of manufacturing process. Press quenching required
