Younger Dryas event

| When the Ice Age over,the earth climate which about 17000 years ago began wram up, and the temperature increased gradually. Glaciers in North American, North Europe and the two poles began melting, at the same time Sea-level rose gradually. As a result the Bohai sea, Huanghai sea and Norwegian sea grasslands were flooded. Glaciers in Norht American and Northe Europe had melted quite a most, the North and South were spring blossoms at the time 13000 years ago. But temperature suddenly decreased acutely at the time 12640 years ago, the whole world truned into a Jack Frost. As a consequence many plants and animals which had migrated to the high latitude died like files. This happend very suddenly, the temperatue decreased about 7-8 centigrade in just a decade. The temperatue decreased lasted thousand years, and until 11500 years ago the temperatue began rose up again. This is the famous Yonger Dryas event in earth history. After the Yonger Dryas event our humans entered into the Neolithic Age, and at the same time the Agriculture appeared. |
