The advantages of catalyst combined scheme-Z417/Z418 compared with the original combined scheme. 1.The surface areas has increased by over 20 percent which results a significant increase of the catalytic activity. 2. The loading density of catalyst was reduced by 5 to 10 percent. The improved spacing ratio is beneficial to the flow distribution and heat transfer. what is more, the bed resistance was reduced by 20 to 25 percent. Finally it has got a remarkable effect on energy-saving and consumption-lowering. |

Some advantages for “Z417/Z418 combined catalysts” when compared with previous are as follows: 1. There is 20% increase for specific surface area and it exhibits obvious effect for improving transforming activity; 2. There is 5%-10% decrease for catalyst’s loading density and the higher porosity is favour of gas distributing and heat transfering,the bed resistance decrease around 20-25% and it shows a significant effect for energy saving. |
