This article mainly discussed effects of different solvents on Mannich reaction rate、yield rate and enantioselective of lipase of Aspergillus sp.. Experimental results indicate that reaction rate and stereoselective are influenced by different solvents. when dissolved in 1,4-dioxane, the yield rate of lipase of Aspergillus sp.is the highest. when dissolved in acetonitrile, stereoselective is best. 希望能帮到您 |
