The advantages of catalyst combined scheme-Z417/Z418 compared with the original combined scheme. 1.The surface areas has increased by over 20 percent which results a significant increase of the catalytic activity. 2. The loading density of catalyst was reduced by 5 to 10 percent. The improved spacing ratio is beneficial to the flow distribution and heat transfer. what is more, the bed resistance was reduced by 20 to 25 percent. Finally it has got a remarkable effect on energy-saving and consumption-lowering. 3.The successful example (1)The hydrogen production of Zheng Hai has increased from 20000Nm3/h to 25000Nm3/h after the catalyst was replace by Z417/Z418 .
