叶下珠粗提物抑菌活性研究 叶下珠是一年生草本植物,具有平肝清热、利尿解毒功效。常用于治疗肠炎、痢疾、传染性肝炎、肾炎水肿、尿路感染、小儿疳积、火眼目翳、口疮头疮、无名肿毒,对乙肝病毒也有一定的抑制作用。本文用去离子水、甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、石油醚这5种提取剂对叶下珠干粉进行提取得到叶下珠粗提物。把叶下珠粗提物配成药液对大肠杆菌、伤寒沙门式菌、痢疾志贺氏菌、蜡状芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌进行抑菌活性测定。结果表明,5种粗提物对5种细菌都有一定的抑制效果,水提取物对大肠杆菌的抑制效果较好,达到了54.20%;甲醇提取物对痢疾志贺氏菌的抑制率达到了87.85%;乙醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制率达到了85.00%;丙酮提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制率达到了72.56%;石油醚对蜡状芽孢杆菌的抑制率达到了32.78%。甲醇提取物对这5种细菌的抑菌效果最好,都达到了50%以上,其中对痢疾志贺氏菌的抑制率高达87.85%。甲醇提取物对3种病原真菌的EC50分别为1.5779 mg/ml、1.0926 mg/ml、2.1155mg/ml。 |

| Extracts of Phyllanthus Phyllanthus antimicrobial activity is an annual herb, with Pinggan heat, detoxification diuretic effect. Used in the treatment of enteritis, dysentery, infectious hepatitis, nephritis, edema, urinary tract infection, infantile malnutrition product, fire shade the eyes, mouth sores head sores, swelling of unknown drugs, and hepatitis B virus have a certain extent. This deionized water, methanol, ethanol, acetone, petroleum ether extraction of these 5 agents were on the dry powder of Phyllanthus Phyllanthus extracted crude extract. The crude extract of Phyllanthus paired liquid on Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhi-type bacteria, Shigella dysenteriae, Bacillus cereus, Staphylococcus aureus, antibacterial activity determination. The results showed that crude extracts of 5 of 5 has some inhibitory effect of bacteria, water extracts inhibited E. coli better, reaching 54.20 percent; methanol extracts of Shigella dysentery inhibition rate reached 87.85%; ethanol extract on the inhibition of Staphylococcus aureus rate reached 85.00%; acetone extract on the inhibition of Staphylococcus aureus rate reached 72.56%; petroleum ether inhibition of Bacillus cereus rate reached 32.78%. Methanol extracts of these bacteria on the antibacterial activity of 5 the best, have reached more than 50%, in which the Shigella dysentery inhibition rate of 87.85%. Methanol extracts of 3 pathogenic fungi and EC50 were 1.5779 mg / ml, 1.0926 mg / ml, 2.1155mg/ml. |
