Bell Labs, Alcatel-Lucent, Shanghai 诚招博士后 Contact Information: Dr. Chen Tel: 86-21-3843 5450 Email: guoan.chen@alcatel-sbell.com.cn 岗位名称：技术与创新探索博士后 Division: Research and Innovation, Bell Labs, Alcatel-Lucent, Shanghai Department: Technology and Innovation Scouting Position: Post Doctorial Researcher, 5 Open 职位描述： -探索比现有研究范围更为深广的新技术和研究领域，为未来研究工作的开展奠定基础； -协助研究科学家开展高水平研究； -在通信、网络等相关领域取得具有突破性的研究成果，这些成果将通过其它部门的更进一 步深入研究最终提供给产品集团、解决方案与市场或新的风险投资部门使用。同时为知识 产权，标准化工作或在第一流的期刊和会议上发表论文做出贡献。 Job Description: - Explore wider and deeper research areas than existing ones, identify and ini tiate new research and innovation direction and ideas with proper value propos ition which are inline with the company’s strategies - Obtain tangible research results in wireless communications, fixed access, i nformation security, Internet and web technologies, which would be transferred to the product groups, marketing and solutions, new ventures with the further investigation of the other departments in Research & Innovation Center, Bell Labs. Additionally, to create intellectual property rights (IPR), contribute t o industrial standards, or to leading journals/conferences in the relevant res earch areas 任职资格： 1 通信、计算机科学与网络、信息安全、信号处理/图像处理、电子工程、数学相关 专业，985/211高校博士毕业，符合进入国家博士后流动站条件（2011年，8月30日之前能够到岗） 2 愿意投身创新性研究 3 有较好的论文出版纪录 4 有较好的英语书面表达能力 5 自我激励，奋发向上，个性成熟，具有责任感，团队合作精神等 Candidate Requirement 1 Ph. D. degree in communication theory and engineering, computer science and networks, information security, signal processing/image processing, electrical engineering, mathematics 2 Highly motivated to contribute innovative research 3 Have good publication records 4 Good skills in English writing 5 Self-motivated, hard working, mature, responsible, team work oriented |
