[交流] 【Original】some idea afeter watching the speech by U.S. President Obama

I have watching the speech by U.S. President Obama in a middle school.I don’t care whether he is a good president , he is really an outstanding speaker. He says about different responsibility for different class to training a person to get their own value. He talked about the teachers’ , the parents’ ,the government’s. But what impress on me deepest is the responsibility of ourselves. He says : ” I want to start with the responsibility you have to yourself. Every single one of you has something that you're good at. Every single one of you has something to offer. And you have a responsibility to yourself to discover what that is”. Although I have broad interests in many aspects and grasp the essential knowledge of the major, but I think at present, I can do many things in a superficial level, but not be competent to do things professionally owing to lack of ample knowledge and ability. So I think further study is still urgent for me to realize self-value. Maybe my idea is not so great, not for my nation but just for my parents , my relatives, and myself. I want to make my dream come ture just only like this. But for my own dream I can do it with all my powers. I will do my best to enter the FuDan university.Just like Obama said “So don't let us down. Don't let your family down or your country down. Most of all, don't let yourself down. Make us all proud.”
