编辑部今天发来了拒稿信，不知有没有修改后再重投的可能性？ Dear xxxx: I write you in regards to manuscript xxxx which you submitted to the xxxx. However, xxxx is currently experiencing an unprecedented rate of submissions, and as a result, the Editorial Office has had to drastically increase the amount of manuscripts it rejects without review.
