编辑部今天发来了拒稿信，不知有没有修改后再重投的可能性？ Dear xxxx: I write you in regards to manuscript xxxx which you submitted to the xxxx. We greatly appreciate the interest in xxxx that authors show by submitting to the Journal. However, xxxx is currently experiencing an unprecedented rate of submissions, and as a result, the Editorial Office has had to drastically increase the amount of manuscripts it rejects without review. Please have an English knowledgeable colleague review it or assist in preparing the manuscript and we would be happy to consider it.
