第一段:The antioxidant activity of B-Ⅲ a, B-Ⅲ c and B-Ⅲpeptides were further studied and the results showed that the half-inhibitory concentrations of B-Ⅲ a, B-Ⅲ c and B-Ⅲ for cleaning DPPH free radical were 63.56μg/ml, 98.70μg/ml and 100.27μg/ml and for  ABTS radicals were 82.34μg/ml, 90.97μg/ml and 84.58μg/ml. Meanwhile their activity to inhibit lipid peroxidation were much weaker.

第二段:All of the three peptides were had the activity of inhibiting tyrosinase and were much higher than Vc. The highest inhibitory rate was 87.51% for B-Ⅲ a at the concentration of 250ug/ml.

第三段:The low-temperature bacteria protection experimental results showed that all of these three peptides could increase the E. coli survival rate in the frozen state, in which B-Ⅲ c and B-Ⅲ d could reach 81.88% and 87.50%, responsibility.
