排版时，在IOP WORD guidelines中：
2.1. The title
The first letter of the title should be capitalized with the rest in lower case. The title should be formatted using 17 point Times Bold, flush left and unjustified, and you should leave 28 mm of space above, and 10 mm below, the title. Many database systems used in literature searches rely heavily on the content of titles and abstracts to identify relevant articles so great care should be taken in
constructing both.
这个地方you should leave 28 mm of space above, and 10 mm below, the title.是什么意思呢？在word中如何实现呢？
   另外，摘要是这样要求的：
Abstract. The abstract text should be formatted using 10 point Times (or Times Roman, or Times New Roman) and indented by about 25 mm from the left margin. Leave about 10 mm space after the abstract before you begin the main text of your article. （这句话又是什么意思呢？）The abstract follows the addresses。
  头次投稿外文期刊，请不要见笑。

indented by about 25 mm from the left margin.这个地方是左侧留25mm的页边距。但“Leave about 10 mm space after the abstract before you begin the main text of your article.”这个地方从字面看是在摘要后留10mm的空间，再开始文件的正文。不知我理解的对不对，请您明示。这个又如何实现呢？

我也投过该期刊文章，呵呵，用了5个月就接收了。2010.10.31投稿后35天左右，返回大修，期间花了将近30天时间修改，主要是懒得管这文章；之后年前投出去，大概在2011.02.18号左右返回意见，要求小修（几处小错误）；本以为编辑会直接做主，然而，还是送给审稿人重审，花了也快一个月就接收了。
