[交流] 翻译几句话。汉译英

重点体现在TCOs作为透明导电电极在光电子太阳能,平板显示,有机发光二极管等领域都有大量应用。其中,Sn掺杂In2O3 (ITO)是应用最为广泛的材料。但是由于金属铟的匮乏及高昂的价格,限制了其在透明电极的应用,因此急需寻求新的替代材料。


所以本文对掺杂的ITO基薄膜也进行了深入的研究和探讨。



本实验制备的ITO基薄膜具有ZnO的发光特性,从而获得单一TCO材料所不具备的性能,满足某些特殊需求。

It is mainly reflected in TCOs's widespread utilization as transparent conducting electrodes in such areas as optoelectronics solar, flat-panel displays and organic light-emitting diodes. Among other things, Sn mingled with In2O3 (ITO) is the most widely used. However, its use in area of transparent electrodes is limited as a result of shortage of metal indium and its high price. Consequently, it is high time we seeked brandnew substitute material.
So  thin film mixed with ITO is also thoroughly studyed and explored in this article.
ITO-based thin film produced in this experiment have light-emitting characteristic of ZnO and thus obtain properties which single TCO material doesn't possess in order to meet some special requirements.
