请教”physica status solidi “投稿

大家好，本人初次投稿，一些问题向大家请教，先谢谢了！ 我一周前在”physica status solidi “投了稿，编辑在4月4日给我回了个邮件，要求我将去年在一篇国际会议上的论文发给他，下面是信件内容： Dear Dr. Tang, The Editors of physica status solidi have carefully examined your submission entitled Piezoelectric MEMS generator based on the bulk PZT/silicon wafer bonding technique. To ensure a fair evaluation of your manuscript please send us an electronic copy of the following article: Gang Tang et al., 2010, Materials Science Forum, 663-665, 1115. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding that your manuscript will be sent to our referees only after you have responded to our request. Yours sincerely, Ron Schulz-Rheinlaender Editor 我昨天给编辑回了邮件，主要是将这篇会议论文发给了他。今天他又给回了邮件： Dear Dr. Tang, With regard to your above listed manuscript I'd like to point out the following: There seems to be a significant overlap with your recent article Gang Tang et al., 2010, Materials Science Forum, 663-665, 1115 (apparently not even cited). May I ask you to remove all information in your paper that have already been published and insert a reference instead. You may revise your paper according to the given remarks and resubmit it for further examination as soon as possible. When resubmitting, please include a detailed description of the changes you have made in your manuscript, and indicate changes in the manuscript by underlining, bolding, or highlighting. Make sure to refer to the current version of our Instructions for authors (http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/j ... 2231_authors.html). In particular, the following requirements should be met: - The revised paper should be written using our Word (http://www.wiley-vch.de/vch/jour ... _template_word.zip) or LaTeX (http://www.wiley-vch.de/vch/jour ... template_latex.zip) template. - Articles published on Wiley Online Library and in the journal issues are classified using keywords. Please suggest about 4 verbal keywords for your manuscript. Keywords should be comprehensive, reflect the essence and major aspects of the work, and be as precise as possible. Expressions which are not generally known by the physics community, especially abbreviations, should be avoided. 我请教过别人，会议论文不是和期刊论文不冲突吗？并且，我现在投的论文和会议论文还是改动比较多的。这种情况，要不要不改论文，直接跟编辑说明？还是按编辑的要求，修改论文呢？请高手指点。 |
