| I quarreled with my bf, I was so angry yesterday. I wanted to talk with somebody, but it's too late ,my friends were sleeping that time that i don't want to interrupt them.But i wrote diary and delivered on"muchong.com",i just shareed my feeling and my sorrow.To my suprise,from yesterday night to now,i have accepted a lot of message. The strange friends encouraged me in the trouble,and gave me some wonderful advice.And now, i'm less unhappy. Yah, it's very important to have friends .It's necessary to unload my anger on my bf and pour out my own bitterness. i 'm glad that so many friends give me advice, and i already know how to deal with the trouble. Thanks a lot for the help. |

Sometimes we can vent our negative feelings to friends which can help us feel relieved. It also works even if we talk to strangers, even if you think they wouldn't listen to you. You will become calm when you pour out your grievance. Happy to hear that you've come out of trouble . |
