 This fine meal features sliced Virginia ham on the platter. Next to the candles you'll find some pears with a cranberry filling, as well as a platter with various cheeses. Behind the ham is a platter of delicious scampi.  This cheese platter features Swiss cheese, a cheese ball, blue cheese (or roquefort), Parmesan and cheddar cheeses. There is also a cottage cheese dip along with a platter of cold-cuts (probably slices of ham and roast beef) as well as grapes. To drink, there are glasses of white and rose wine.  There are three shiskabobs over a bed of rice in this picture. There is a vegetable shishkabob with tomatoes and gree peppers. There is also a pork shishkabob in the middle and a fruit shishkabob with orange and apple slices.  These shishkabobs feature cubes of pork alternating with zucchini, red peppers and yellow squash. There is a vegetable salad with tomatoes, cucumbers and beans as well as a fruit side-dish with pears. Next to the shishkabobs are grilled slices of French bread.  This delicious looking cream soup is a combination of cream of carrot and cream of asparagus. There is a decorative dollop of sour cream in the middle.  Here is Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings. The roast turkey is done to perfection with stuffing and gravy for all to enjoy. There are stuffed baked potatoes, a tasty looking side-dish of green beans and cashews. Of course, we can't forget the traditional cranberry salad in the middle. To finish the meal off, the guests will have coffee as we can see a pitcher of cream and a sugar bowl.  This grilled sirloin steak is served with grilled tomato, onion, green pepper and squash.  This baked trout is sprinkled with almond slices and served with a lemon wedge, deep-fried batter and a coleslaw salad.  The nicely prepared plate features slices of yellow squash topped with strips of red pepper, chopped green onions and garlic. Surrounding the platter are mushrooms, a variety of tomatoes, corn, zucchini, green beans, carrots and ears of fresh corn.  This grilled salmon steak is accompanied by fresh, steamed asparagus, red potatoes and a cob salad with boiled eggs, sliced avocado, crab meat, lettuce and tomatoes. The rolls are sprinkled with poppy seeds. Finally, a cup of strong coffee can wash everything down. |
