请大家看看这段审稿意见应该怎么回复？
However, it would be useful to mention about stat power calculations within the methods section and discussion while the number of subjects was near to minimum. There is an obvious risk that if one takes another small sample of subjects then the present findings may not repeat.
暂时想从post hoc和effect size方面着手。不知是不是对的。
请各位高手支招。
