[交流] 【分享】CentOS5.5下安装linux版MS5.0经验（64位）

1、在用户ms5下安装MS5.0，首先使用ms5登陆，拷贝安装包到/home/ms5，并解压。
2、退出ms5，登陆root。注意阅读在压缩包中的README_Materials_Studio.htm这个文件，这个文件里包含里安装ms5.0所需要的操作系统环境。
在root下安装hpmpi包。在/home/../UNIX/Linux_x86_64或者/Linux文件夹下（系统位数）
[root@localhost hpmpi]# rpm -ivh hpmpi-2.03.01.00-20090402r.x86_64.rpm
Preparing...       ########################################### [100%]
1:hpmpi       ########################################### [100%]
在系统安装盘上寻找如下相似的rpm包，
glibc-32bit-9-200710191304
libgcc-3.3.3-43.54 (32-bit and 64-bit)
libstdc++-3.3.3-43.54 (32-bit and 64-bit)
32位系统须打上compat-libstdc++-33-3.2.3-61.i386.rpm
64位系统须打上compat-libstdc++-33-3.2.3-61.i386.rpm 和x86_64.rpm

3、修改权限，chmod –R 755 UNIX，
在/UNIX下执行./Install。有的使用./Install –type cluster
4、选择完全安装，具体过程如下
5、安装修改过得license，放到和windows版本类似那个license文件夹里
6.启动license路径：…./Accelrys/LicensePack/linux/bin命令：[ls@localhost bin]$ ./lp_admin

[ms5@Localhost UNIX]$ ./Install

将msi.lic复制到/home/ms5/Accelrys/LicensePack/Licens目录里(备注：按照前辈的指点，一定要修改其中的第一行，与你的主机名一致，我的就改为localhost，其它不动）

[ms5@Localhost /]$ cd  /home/ms5/Accelrys/ LicensePack/ Licenses

[ms5@Localhost Licenses]$ cd
[ms5@Localhost ~]$ cd /home/ms5/Accelrys/LicensePack/linux/bin
[ms5@Localhost bin]$ ./lp_admin

弹出对话框，添加lic文件即可注册成功

[ms5@Localhost ~]cd  /home/ns5/Accelrys/MateriasStudio50/etc/Gateway/
[ms5@Localhost Gateway]./gateway_control_18888 start

打开网络浏览器，输入http://127.0.0.1:18888(主机默认IP为127.0.0.1)
可以看到remote server gateway_18888等和安装的所有模块。这表明在该机器上完全成功
