2月底把材料给对方寄过去了
现在还没有消息

These steps are still to come -
3. RO in the WCIB prepares SEVIS DS-2019 for scholar and any dependent(s) and returns it and documents (EV Packet) to hosting department.

4. RO in the WCIB sends EV Packet to scholar.

When you receive the DS-2019 you can send it back.

这个啥意思啊 DS2019表不是给我办签证用的吗为什么我还要把它送回去啊
