目前在生物应用方面研究较多的铁系磁性纳米材料如α-Fe、γ-Fe2O3和Fe3O4，虽具有好的磁响应特性，但存在制备工艺复杂、热稳定性能差、极易被氧化成反磁性α-Fe2O3等缺点。相对与铁系磁性纳米材料而言，本工作制备的NiZnFe2O4纳米粉体具有制备工艺简单，化学稳定性及磁响应特性好的特点，因而更加适合作为下一代生物负载材料。
