【Discussion】what a cruel training it is

yesterday ,my friend told me that she had a three-days cruel training which cost the company 3~4 millions really shocked me !i am not touched by the money her company paid but the training itself ! in the training they had to swear to achieve the target which was set by their managers,or they will be punished by their own promises! some promised if she won't get the target in the future three month , she will shave her head ! some even said that she will pass through others' crotch ! wow ,so cruel !my friend said she will run around her company ten laps for ten days if she couldn't achieve the target ! in the training ,they were required to take off the shoes and run through the iron bed which was burnt red by the raging fire ! so horrible ! after the trianing ,they felt so pressure and had to work hard ! in my opinion ,the trianing is too much cruel ,it will make people crazy ! what do you think about it ? please tell us !
