TEA Product Specialist

Responsibilities
• Providing pre-sale and post-sale support on thermal & elemental analysis (TEA) products
• Help sales team to meet the target of the product line which responded;
• Providing instrument show and running sample per request by sales team;
• Providing products training for internal and external customers;
• Providing application support based on the requirement of customer
• Collecting products and application information, preparing sales tools for sales team;

Experiences Required
• Minimum of two years direct customer contact experience with preference for technical support area;
• Experiences with thermal & elemental analysis techniques, related analytical instrumentation knowledge are desirable;

Education
University degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry or related field
