03-17 看看这样的老板回信，都不敢去了 大家说说吧 ps：看了下老板主页，组确实很大，博后7个，学生20左右，还有一些technican，每年都有vistors，貌似传说中的大牛组，小弟不知啊 Dear xx Thank you very much for your interest in our lab. Indeed your background would be quite suitable for our lab and I will look into our financial possibilities to support another PD (within the next few weeks). In any case, you should know that we are a quite ambitious lab. From  Post Docs I expect that they come to our lab because they want to achieve above-average scientific progress and I would expect a hard working attitude (involving for examle also some weekend work). We are a strongly experimental lab therfore intense (hands on) lab work is requested. Also, external PostDocs we hire first only for six month. When inded the performance is adequate, we extend the contract. I am very sorry for all these measures but we had to establish this in our lab in the light of the high number of applicants and some previous experience.
