【求助】问个透射电镜的问题

如果我做的PS-PMMA的壳-核结构微球在200KV电压，40pA电流下做透射电镜，这样会不会导致PMMA溶解？谢谢！ 原文如下：Fig. 3 show a TEM photograph of PMMA-PS composite particles after exposure to a strong electron beam: accelerating voltage, 200 kV; cur- rent density, 40 pA/cm2. Each particle has a less dark circular region inside the particle, though the contrast of the composite particles before the exposure was homogeneous as shown in Fig. 2b. Actually, PS particles were not changed, but PMMA seed particles which consisted of the core were clearly resolved under the exposure. |
