Neurosurgery
1.This movie shows a chordoma (green) and its relation to surrounding structures. The 3D reconstruction was derived from phase contrast MR angiograms. Using a combination of automated and manual algorithms, the following structures were extracted: skin, bones, brain, vessels and the tumor. The animation demonstrates the relation of the tumor to different clinically relevant structures.
