投稿了一篇ACS的文章，在上传第二次修改稿后编辑给发了一封邮件要提交“a completed Journal Publishing Agreement ”，我在ACS上下载了包含6页的版权协议，打印出第一页签名、扫描后将第一页发送给编辑，编辑回信：
“Please note that authors must submit all pages of the Journal Publishing Agreement; if an author submits only the signature page of the Agreement, it is invalid.Therefore, please return all pages of the completed and signed Agreement as a PDF file to the email address above.”
请问这是什么意思？他的最后一句话说“return all pages of the completed and signed Agreement as a PDF file ”，是不是将第一页签字后扫描，将图片插入word，其余几页也以图片格式插入word，然后转成pdf文档？
或者是不用签名，而直接是在pdf的电子文档里填写完数据发送给编辑？
实在不知道怎么搞，看了看以前的帖子，有相关讨论，但是没明白，特此请教，谢谢回答。再次感谢！
