其中一个审稿人的意见如下： The authors only measured laccase, MnP and LiP activities , and concluded that laccase played the major role for lignin degradation, which was not reliable, many reports suggested that cellobiose dehydrogenase (CDH) or the cooperation of CDH and laccase also contributed to lignin degradation, so it is necessary to monitor CDH activity to have a more comprehensive understanding of lignin degradation of this strain. 这种情况，我必须测CDH的酶活吗？主要是没有酶液了，要重新测，要四十多天，为了一个数据，很麻烦的。各位有经验的大侠们出出主意啊 |
