随着网络技术的迅猛发展，心理档案系统在中小学心理健康教育中的应用逐渐增多。但是中小学心理档案系统的研发缺少一定的标准和评价体系。档案系统是否能够适应中小学的现实需求是一个重要的评级标准。本文通过深度访谈、文献研究、系统比较，对现阶段中小学生在发展中遇到的困惑、矛盾和问题进行总结概括，分析应用心理档案系统的教育主管部门、各级学校的使用需求，为构建区域性中小学心理档案系统做好用户研究。

With the high development of network technology, the application of psychology file system of psychological health education in primary and secondary is gradually increasing.

However, the development of primary and secondary file system is lack of the certain psychological standards and evaluation system. Whether the file system is able to adapt to the practical needs of primary and secondary schools is an important rating standard.

本文通过深度访谈、文献研究、系统比较，对现阶段中小学生在发展中遇到的困惑、矛盾和问题进行总结概括，分析应用心理档案系统的教育主管部门、各级学校的使用需求，为构建区域性中小学心理档案系统做好用户研究。
This paper, by means of depth interviews, literature research, system comparison, summarizes the confusion, contradictions and problems in the development of primary and secondary students at this stage encountered , analyzes the requirements of application of the education psychology department in charge of the file system and the schools at all levels meets which is in order to do a user study by building a regional primary and secondary file system.
