[交流] Graduates, who will pay for your high cost in school and your lowness

In the contemporary soiety of China, Graduates are the cheapest labors. and an
so-called investigation reported that high up to 45% graduates are will to accept salaries that are lower that the uneducated workers.
   the accuracy of the results of that investigation is not known,but there does exist a reality that graduates in China are dirt poor.almost all students in China take the college entrance examination and go to university directly after high school. so they don't have time to earn any money to pay for their sky-high university tuition.
   a small part of the freshman are from rich families,so they don't have to worry  about their high cost.
many are from so called medium-class families,they parents have saved mony for them for a long time to pay for their university.they,by borrowing money from their parents, also, don't need to worry about their tuition.but they have to live a simple life because they don't have much extra money to splurge.
they still exist a considerable number of students that are from the country or even some remote hilly areas.their family can't afford to pay for his or her tuition. so he has to borrow money from the bank,and universities being greatly willing to encourage their students to borrow money from the bank,better owing someone else money than owing me.
   so after pay their universty a great amount of money,students become graduates.in order to have a good number on the rate of graduates employment,universities will try their best to persuade their students to get employed.without considering how much the companies are willing to pay for their students.without considering whether their students salaries are enough to pay for their sky-high expenses.many of my classmate were driven to work in small companies and their salaries are 2000 yuan per month.that amount of money can't even rent a 20-square-metre house in beijing!!!not to mention saving some money to pay back their bank debt.
   then many bureaucratic officers will ask:if your salary is not well good in big cities,why don't you go to the remote areas,like so-called "grass roots area",and serve the people there?
   All the people who can use their head ,not their toes to think can understand why people don't want to go to the so-called grass roots areas.to say the truth,do the grass roots areas need graduates?of course yes!!but there is also a problem,are the officers there willing to employ graduates and put them in the needed postion?the answer remains to be discussed.because there has been many realities that many graduates who go to the grass-roots areas have no work to do and the officers there just leave them in the office and let them do nothing.
   another problem in the grass-roots areas is that doing right things there is not always a right thing.(eg.the head of village "got hit by a truck and people burned themselves by protecting their houses,i think you can figure it out).so now in big cities,sometimes law is law,and people can sometimes use it to protect themselves,but in remote areas ,you cannot. this is another reason people don't to go to the grass-roots areas.

agree with you

your ideas is quite correct,in my opinion ,it is a common problems, I hope there have relevant authority to solve the contradictionary, if graduates would like to so-called "grass roots area", the govenment should let them play a role that they should in the grass roots area.

This is a heavy topic, also a harsh reality. Always we have little choice when we find jobs. I think the goverment should pay more attention to this situation, and we need more concern
