Thanks for your interest in coming to work with me. You appear to have worked with talent and productivity, but it is not immediately clear how your skills could be applied to our currently-funded projects, where a sponsoring agency has engaged us to solve a particular research problem. In such cases I am generally reluctant to hire a postdoctoral research associate whose skill set does not provide the greatest possible chance of success. We do have a longstanding interest in other, related areas where your skills - particularly in the are of magnetism - may be of more direct use, but these areas are not currently funded. I would therefore encourage you to get back in touch if you are able to secure funding to underwrite a stay in my laboratores. 说到底是不是让我有经费资助了再联系他？ |
