It is raining. It just started raining...
I am looking out of the window, having a coffee. It is Sunday. I need a rest.
A moment ago I felt guilty because I got up at 10:00 this morning. But, there
should be a better way to start a day than waking up every morning. Thus, I
relieved.
Well, I will start my day, start my research. I wish much progress today.

Getting up late will affect your mood. Therefore getting up early will bring your a better beginning for a day's work. In fact, it is not hard to form the habbit of getting up early. I heard it took only tow weeks to form a habbit. So if you could insist on getting up early for 14 days, then you won't worry about feeling guilty. Why not have a try? We are expecting your good news! &_^
