关于会后论文扩展及期刊可靠性的问题 已有5人参与

参加icmlc 2011后，网址http://www.icmlc.org/cfp.htm 论文被推荐到International Journal of Machine Learning and Computing (IJMLC)第一卷第一期，网址http://www.ijmlc.org/index.htm 由Published by: International Association of Computer Science and Information Technology Press (IACSIT)出版，不知有没有这样的出版社（似乎是新加坡的）？ ISSN是2010-3689或2010-3700（网页和邮件里不一致所致）， 1、不知怎么查ISSN的可靠性，或者谁方便帮我查一下，谢谢！ 2、这样的刊物评职称的时候是不是按国际期刊算（目前也没有被任何检索机构检索）？ 3、另外，出版免费，但期刊印刷本收费100美元（一般作者）或80美元（会员或学生），不知有没有圈钱的嫌疑？谢谢！ |

International Journal of Machine Learning and Computing (IJMLC) is an international academic journal which gains a foothold in Singapore, Asia and opens to the world. It aims to promote the integration of machine learning and computing. The focus is to publish papers on state-of-the-art machine learning and computing. Submitted papers will be reviewed by technical committees of the Journal and Association. The audience includes researchers, managers and operators for intelligent engineering and systems as well as designers and developers. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical, and will be peer-reviewed. Articles submitted to the journal should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the journal and are subject to both review and editing.
