That's just the reason why I recomment this web. I registered the website 7 years ago but seldom visited it before. Recently, I find it has been different. It's so funny that I have to limit my time on it.

I think the most efficient exercise in this website is the dictation of VOA.
Each material is about 2 minutes. It will cost you 30 or 40 minutes to accomplish it if you not good at it. Then ,you will become faster and faster.

If you don't have enough time, you could ignore the other exercises.
