【求助】急求！！DS2019表起始时间和入境时间的关系 已有7人参与

我申请的DS2019表的开始时间为3月1号，由于签证面谈时间的耽误，入境时间定在了3月10号，现在飞机票等都定好了，但是老美那边发过来一封邮件让我看不懂了，请过来指点下，急啊！邮件是 We are going to send you an amended DS-2019, changing your start date, ××× in the Civil Department will send you an email and give you the tracking number. Now if the New amended DS-2019 does not get to you in time, can you please have someone send back the original Amended DS-2019 to me. The reason why we did the amended copy of your DS-2019, if you enter the U.S. after your start date you might be detain at the airport when you enter the country and customs might shorten your stay here to 30 days. 这是什么意思呢？我把旧的2019表给他，但是新的如果没来的话，我能过海关吗？ |
