审稿意见回来了“ regret to inform you that, based on points raised by the referee(s), I am unable to accept the current version of your paper for publication. The comments of the referee(s) are at the foot of this email. You may access your “attached” review files from your author center. Select “Manuscripts with Decisions”, then “view the decision letter” in the status column. Although your manuscript cannot be accepted at this time, I believe that the topic of your research is of interest to the journal. You are therefore encouraged to consider a new submission incorporating all of the suggestions of the referees, including as necessary additional data or analysis. Any such submission would be considered a completely new manuscript, with a new receipt date, and subject to the full peer review process, not necessarily involving the same referees. When uploading the new manuscript, please answer 'Yes' to the question 'Has this manuscript been submitted previously to this journal?'. Please include a detailed cover letter indicating how the manuscript has been changed in response to the referees’ criticisms and upload this document as a manuscript file with the file designation “Additional File for Review but NOT for Publication”.
