It is really hard for me to see what are they on the two photos you gave. Could you provide a close picture for the building which is on construction? On your way home when you reach the building, please stay there for a moment and walk close to it and take a new picuture, if you want to share the excitement when you first met the building. Maybe it is a wonder.
