you got much  anxiety so that couldn't get  sleep well .
i have tow advice for you "
fist , adjust your mood, you just come back school and fell it different from live home . i think you have not find the happy in school . just to find it and forget home life temporarily .
second , if you couldn't get sleep well for sure just let it go ,and one day or two day would gone , you must fell very tire ,then you can get sleep well . you know worry about get sleep is more bad for health than can't get sleep well .
maybe you can take some physical  work ,for example , make exercising ,you can choose your favourite  sport . it can make you fun and get sleep well, that my individual experience
