【Pure water】a good sleeep

| Yesterday night I had a good sleep,the first good sleep I had since I came back to school. Well, every night I dreamed from sleep to awake. When I woke up I found that my head was so heavy and my eyes were red. It is a wonderfull day ,I hope I can sleep well day by day. |

i'm having bad sleep recently coz one of my roomates snores every night, literally from the moment he falls asleep to the next morning. i'm too sensitive to this kind of noise with a certain rhythm, which i can't help interprete as a signal...i have tried lots of methods to deal with it, including stuffing my ears, listening to music, reading books, etc. to make myself distracted from that annoying sound. thing is, i can't help focusing on it. days ago i bought an tent, which i would have to sleep in in the living room as the last resort. Good for you-i know how it feels not to sleep well. |
