Actually the video interview goes on well. There are 2 interviewers, both are female. One is the Director and the other one is the colleague who i will works on together. Firstly they did self-introduction about themselves, and then i said it's my turn. and i told my working experiences and main achievements. They asked some questions, such like what's the difficult thing you have met when i was leading project? what are you proud of? Could you tell me what did you learn as i saw you have several training, such like project manager. i think i was positive, keeping smile, no nervious, confident. The most important thing is i have a good personal reputation, because when they asked the colleague who met me before, they all get a very good impression on me. waiting for next step. thanks you all. |
