【Original】find a house for my senior fellow apprentice

yesterday, we had a lab meeting. and we had lunch together as usual. on the way back to the lab, we saw a want ad about an appartment including three bedrooms and a living room, kitchen and bathroom are also involved. the TV, aircondition, refrigeratory, network are left for the lessees. that's perfect! that's what they are looking for! we called the landlord, found his address hardly. it's on sixth floor, good for them to take exercise after a day of work and most of the time were setting infront of the computer. it's nearly 100 square meter, the landlord ask for 980RMB per month, we bargained to 900RMB per month and rent for one year. it's cheap in xian, especially near our hospital. in our hospotal, a house including one bedroom and one living room is above 900RMB per month. the senior fellow apprentice was very happy, and treat us a delicious dinner. there will be three people living there, and just cost them 300RMB per month. i could go there on weekend and cook some dishes as i like~   |
